The Terms of Service govern the relationship between the user and Tambola Bingo. The policy describes how we will treat your personal information when you play the Tambola Bingo game. We respect your right to privacy. You have the right to know what information we hold about you. To access the features as an authorized user, it is important to log in via Apple id, Facebook account, or email id. The data is solely used to provide the features within the application. We will never misuse your information or pass it on to a third party.
The information shall be used to notify you regarding the software development, software upgrades, special offers by sending you an email. If you don’t want to receive notifications from us, you can anytime ask us to stop notifications by sending us an email to this effect and even ask us to delete your data in our database. By downloading the Tambola Bingo app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Services.
In-app purchases are user-specific. You have to be an authentic player to earn virtual coins in the game. Regular players and winners earn coins. These are only virtual coins that can’t be redeemed for money. When the coins get exhausted, you can buy them via in-app purchase. On switching the device, you can recover your coins after you log in as an authentic user.
4.1.1 Processor and Controller Responsibilities. The parties acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the subject matter and details of the processing are described in Appendix 1a and/or Appendix 1b, depending on the Tambola Bingo Offerings at issue; and
(b) Tambola Bingo is a Processor of that Personal Data under Data Protection Legislation; and
(c) Customer is a Controller of that Personal Data under Data Protection Legislation; and
(d) Tambola Bingo will immediately inform Customer if it believes that Customer’s instructions with respect to the Processing of Personal Data violate the GDPR or Member State provisions; and
(e) each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it in such role under the Data Protection Legislation with respect to that Personal Data.
4.1.2 Server Logs
Nature and purpose of data processing
We collect data on each visit to our website tambolabingo.com ("Website") and Tambola Bingo App (so-called Server log files), which include:
Name of the Website visited, date and time of the visit, data amount transferred, information on a successful call, browser type as well as version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the page visited before), IP address, and the requesting provider as well as the following, if a mobile end device is being used:
country code, language, name of device, name, and version of the operating system.
We use these server log files only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of optimizing our services and in order to guarantee the stability and operational security of the Tambola Bingo Website and Tambola Bingo App.
4.1.3 Customer Responsibilities. Customer agrees that:
(a) Customer has established or ensured that another party has established a legal basis for Tambola Bingo’s processing of Personal Data contemplated by this DPA;
(b) to the extent required by Data Protection Legislation given the context of the processing and unless another legal basis supports the lawfulness of processing, all notices have been given to, and consents and rights have been obtained from, the relevant data subjects and any other party as may be required under applicable law (including European Data Protection Legislation) for such processing; and
(c) Personal Data does not and will not contain Special Categories of Personal Data.
4.2.1 Customer’s Instructions.
By entering into this DPA, Customer instructs Tambola Bingo to process Personal Data:
(a) to provide the Tambola Bingo Offering;
(b) as authorized by the Agreement, including this DPA; and
(c) as further documented in any other written instructions given by Customer and acknowledged in writing by Tambola Bingo.
4.2.2 Tambola Bingo’s Compliance with Instructions. Tambola Bingo will only process Personal Data in accordance with Customer’s instructions described in Section 4.2.1 unless Data Protection Legislation requires otherwise, in which case Tambola Bingo will notify Customer in writing (unless that law prohibits Tambola Bingo from doing so on important grounds of public interest).
On termination of the Agreement or expiry of the Term and at the choice of the Customer, Tambola Bingo will either delete or return (in a common machine-readable format) the Personal Data to the Customer and certify in writing that it has done so unless Union or Member State law requires the storage of the Personal Data.
Tambola Bingo will use all commercially reasonable efforts to implement and maintain appropriate retention periods for Personal Data in accordance with Data Protection Legislation. Tambola Bingo will delete Personal Data as soon as retention of such data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing under this DPA, subject only to situations where a longer period is required under European Union or Member State law.
The log files and IP addresses of website visitors, which we process as described below, are deleted within 30 days
The data processing agreement with the services provider includes Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission and adequate guarantees that data protection obligations will be met.
Users can request to delete their personal data anytime from our feedback form by selecting the feedback type as 'Data Deletion Request' (Request now)
During the Term, if Tambola Bingo receives any request from a data subject in relation to the data subject’s Personal Data processed in connection with the Tambola Bingo Offering, Tambola Bingo will advise the data subject to submit their request to the Customer and the Customer will be responsible for responding to any such request, subject to the assistance to be provided by Tambola Bingo pursuant to Section 6.2 below.
Tambola Bingo will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Personal Data) provide Customer with reasonable assistance as necessary for Customer to perform its obligation under Data Protection Legislation to respond to requests by data subjects, including if applicable, Customer’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights set out in Chapter III of the GDPR.
